You’ve been standing on the sidelines, arms crossed, saying, β€œI’ll buy when mortgage rates come down.”

Well…

Surprise. They did.

Mortgage rates are now sitting at their lowest levels in nearly three years, and the best part? Experts expect them to hang out around here through the rest of 2026.

That’s not a blip. That’s a window.

And when rates drop, something magical happens:
Monthly payments shrink.
Affordability improves.
Buying power stretches.

Translation? Homes that felt just out of reach suddenly feel a whole lot closer.

If buying didn’t work out for you before, it might now. The math has changed. The door cracked open. And the β€œmaybe someday” conversation just turned into a β€œlet’s run the numbers again” moment.

Maybe take this as your sign.
Call your lender. Need a lender, I can make an introduction.

Either way, let's revisit your options and see what’s possible.

You waited patiently.

Now the market is tapping you on the shoulder and saying, β€œYour move.”

Remember:

"In a digital age of shares and likes,
you need a Realtor LIKE George Sykes"

Forgot one thing. Last time we had a drop in rates, the buyers who benefited were those that jumped on houses already on the market or added early in the process. As time with the low rates went on, sellers started clawing back the gains by raising prices. So, in the end, buyers started losing that edge.

In my opinion, that supply and demand curve with constantly rising prices and then rates is what brought an end to the run.

One last note: Remember, I'm selling homes for 2.5% or $5,495 which ever is lower.
